Halden-Caviglia showcases are handcrafted with great care and expertise. If you are not fully satisfied, we will accept returns of non-customized showcases within 30 days of you receiving your showcase for store credit only.

Your refund will be a credit for the full purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. The showcase must be in "as new" condition with no evidence of damage whatsoever. If there is evidence of misuse or damage the credit is at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for any and all repacking, shipping and insurance costs to our facility in Stockton, CA.

The return or credit of a customized showcase is fully at our discretion and is generally not done.

Structural: All showcases are warranted to be free from structural defects for a period of one year from the delivery date. We will repair or replace showcases found to be defective due to structural problems during that period. We will first inspect the showcase to determine whether the problem is structural or a result of damage. Normal shrinkage, swelling, hairline cracks and minor warping of exposed wood surfaces are to be expected and is not a structural defect and is therefore not covered. We try to match grain and material patterns as much as possible, as applicable, but due to a variety of different influences that affect individual trees or materials such as stained glass, variations will occur and may be evident in your showcase in varying degrees. A variation in grain pattern is not considered defective and is not reason for return/store credit.

Electrical Components: All showcases are warranted to be free from electrical component defects for a period of one year from the delivery date. We will repair or replace electrical component parts found to be defective for a period of one year from the delivery date. Any electrical component damage resulting from negligence, misuse or force majeure (ie. power surges as a result of lightning strikes) is not covered by this warranty.

As we do not have control over the conditions our goods are subjected to once they leave our facility, damage resulting from negligence or misuse is not covered by Halden-Caviglia. The warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied.
